Subsidiaries

It develops its business through eleven major subsidiaries (Acieroïd, Bouygues Belgium, Bouygues UK, DV Construction, GFC Construction, GTB Construction, Losinger Construction, Marazzi, Norpac, Pertuy Construction, Quille), a network dedicated to property development (Cirmad), and a company that specialises in prestressing and repair of civil engineering structures (VSL France).
These companies have complete command of all aspects of projects, from design and funding to handover.

In building, it is resolutely positioned as a general contractor that can handle very large, highly technical construction projects and civil engineering structures. The organisations are modified accordingly and take part in a policy of decompartmentalisation, synergy and creation of major Competency Centres (Hospitals Division, Civil Engineering Structures Division, etc.).

The firm is continuing its development outside France, including by external growth, as shown by the acquisition of Marazzi in Switzerland in 2006.
Under the firm’s QSE (Quality, Safety and Environmental Protection) policy, all its subsidiaries have obtained Iso 9001 certification, and many have Ohsas 18001 and Iso 14001 certification. In addition, the “Blue Site” label – which is awarded to construction projects that comply with environmental criteria – is developing at a fast pace. Bouygues Entreprises France-Europe is also devoting a lot of energy to training through its “Campuses”.
