ETDE is a sytems integrator of technical solutions and services for public and private clients in energy, the services sector, industry, transport, the environment and telecommunications

Present in France and abroad, this electricity and maintenance subsidiary of Bouygues Construction is one of the leaders in its sector.

ETDE offers a comprehensive range of expertise, including financial engineering, design, construction, maintenance and operation in its four main lines of business: external energy networks; electrical, mechanical and thermal engineering; facility management; and networks and services related to telecommunications. The firm generates 28% of its sales outside of France.

ETDE supports the employment of people with disabilities

It was the first firm in its sector to make a commitment to this type of policy. In 2006, ETDE signed an agreement regarding the hiring and retention of disabled employees.

ETDE also conducts recruitment programmes for young people from underprivileged areas, where it presents its lines of work and holds job interviews. These projects serve the firm’s recruitment needs and are an integral part of the diversity policy implemented by ETDE.
