After signing a contract, he hands it over to the production teams and coordinates the different contributors involved in the project. He is responsible for follow-up and development of the commercial portfolio. He may manage one or two people.

Mission
The Management Executive is responsible for the economic, financial and administrative processing of a profit centre or a cost centre.
The Management Executive controls the budget of construction sites and/or indirect costs. He records orders, draws up client invoices, and sends any reminders. He checks expenses, draws up monthly operating accounts, and prepares the monthly management report. He also has the right to give warning if a budget slides out of control. He prepares the quarterly business portfolio, produces projections of monthly business activity, and prepares the annual budget plan and budget updates. When directing a Design department, he ensures its proper operation as regards human, material and financial resources. He studies, defines and validates the best technical solutions. He takes part in finalisation meetings with the production department and clients. He keeps track of technical changes in design schemes and ensures conformity with the contract documents. He ensures that procedures are applied. He chooses, monitors and assesses subcontractors. He also keeps a technology watch over suppliers, provides technical support to his staff and production personnel, and manages Designers and Drafters. He establishes budgets and schedules for studies and ensures that they are complied with.

Mission
As part of an invitation to bid or at a client’s request, the Cost Estimation Executive conducts a cost estimate ordered by the commercial department.

He determines the cost of labour required for carrying out the project, proposes a form of organisation for the project, and determines the price of the project. He writes the technical documents for the bid, analyses the legal risks related to the contract, and takes part in the technical and commercial negotiation of the bid.
