Mission
Record the company’s financial transactions in the accounting system and meet its legal obligations by keeping the books.

Under the supervision of an experienced accountant, the accountant records billing transactions (suppliers, subcontractors and customers), ensures receivables are collected and pays bills. He/she helps generate economic data for internal and external use and drafts legal documents (VAT returns, local business tax returns, etc.). The accountant also helps prepare accounting statements, such as balance sheets. If necessary, he/she monitors and incorporates accounts from foreign establishments, including the processing of foreign exchange translation differences.

BTS, DUT in accounting (advanced vocational certificate/two-year technical college degree)
DPECF (preparatory diploma in accounting and finance)

Mission
The management controller works with financial information related to every aspect of the company’s operations, including sales, design, production and overheads. He/she monitors the budgets for the work sites or departments for which he/she is responsible; analyses financial results and puts them in perspective; and summarises information in management reports intended for decision-makers. The controller may be asked to train site managers in management procedures and tools, and is also responsible for financial reporting.

Mission
The role of the computer technician in deployment projects involves installing and ensuring smooth operation of IT, telephony and network/telecom hardware and software. If requested by users, he or she provides (remote or onsite) maintenance for this equipment and deals with any system incidents.
