Develop your talent

Our employees are our primary resource. That is why we place so much importance on their careers and personal development. This is a core element of Bouygues Construction’s HR policy, and a range of tools are available to manage career development and foster personal satisfaction.

Individual career management

Bouygues Construction is keen to monitor the career development of all its employees. We favour an individualised system based on one key tool: the annual assessment. Each employee is assessed every year, in order to review the past twelve months and set targets for the coming year.
The assessment provides a valuable opportunity for dialogue and an exchange of opinions between the employee and his/her manager. As well as setting short-term targets, it should be used to discuss the employee’s medium- and long-term career plans.

Training to enhance your skills

We provide the best tools to allow employees to progress and achieve within the Group. Personal training programs are designed to suit each individual’s profile and wishes:

Training may be occasional or may take the form of a dedicated and targeted course for a given profession. Bouygues Construction proposes the following types of training:

  • induction courses in each entity, to learn about the company know-how and methods - these courses are also an opportunity to network;
  • dedicated, targeted courses in each professions: for instance, Campus Commerce for sales and marketing staff, Campus RH for HR, Campus Travaux or Campus Maîtrise for the construction and engineering staff, etc. These comprehensive courses enable employees to develop specialised skills.
  • specific training corresponding to your individual needs, as defined with your line manager and the HR department during the annual assessment (language training, personal development, etc.).
