Built in 1878, the moment had come to offer Monaco’s Garnier Opera House improved safety standards, new surface areas and enlarged dressing rooms and plantrooms. Richelmi, GFC Construction’s subsidiary in Monaco since 1985, was awarded the contract for the structural works, the renovation of the cut stone elevations, plaster and marble work, as well renovation of the copper roof carried out by one of France’s best journeymen. A new lease of life for one of the most prestigious buildings in this Riviera city.
