In Ardmore Park, one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Singapore, stands Sculptura Ardmore, a very upmarket 36-story residential tower, designed by renowned architect Carlos Zapata and built by our subsidiary Dragages Singapour. The technical challenge of this project was the construction of 4 private 15-metre cantilever swimming pools on the facade, which give the sensation of swimming in the clouds. Designed using a sustainable building approach and awarded the Green Mark label, the curtain wall of the tower is equipped with a sophisticated system of adjustable sunshades to regulate light and heat depending on the position of the sun.
