Marie-Luce Godinot is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications. She joined the Bouygues Construction IT Department in 2001. Her posts have included Information Systems Coordinator, Information Systems Security Manager and Development Team Manager. In 2009 she became Director of the “Edifice” SAP project, responsible for developing and rolling out the integrated software package in 44 countries, and in 2011 Head of Application Solutions and Services Department. Since September 2015, Marie-Luce Godinot has been Director of Innovation and Sustainable Development for Bouygues Construction and since 2018, Executive Vice President in charge of Digital Transformation, Innovation and Sustainable Development. In October 2019, she became in charge of Information Systems.

Marie-Luce Godinot is a member of the Bouygues Construction Executive Committee.
