Daniel Rigout, born in 1954, graduated from the Ecole Centrale Paris and the Centre des Hautes Études de la Construction. He held a number of posts in the Vinci group as of 1978 until joining Bouygues in 1988. He began by managing civil engineering operations at Quille before being appointed General Manager of building subsidiaries in western France in 1991. In 1997 he became General Manager for subsidiaries in northern France and Belgium. He was appointed Deputy CEO of Bouygues Bâtiment International in 2001, and CEO of both VSL and DTP in november 2009. Since march 2015, he has been CEO of Bouygues Bâtiment International.
