Bouygues Construction commits to professional integration

...

With over one million hours of professional integration a year, Bouygues Construction is actively involved in the local economy and is making a positive contribution to the development of the regions in which the Group is located. He sets out its commitment under three main initiatives.

As a responsible company, Bouygues Construction aims to establish itself as a key player in local employment and professional integration. To succeed in this objective, a deliberate integration policy, reaching far beyond its contractual obligations, has been established both in France and internationally.

Central to this initiative are three ambitious commitments:

  • An employment and integration plan for all of our construction sites
  • An annual employment and integration plan for all of our permanent sites
  • A training plan for all of our large construction sites that have inclusion requirements

There are many ways to become involved: hosting, coaching for long-term unemployed people, access to establishments and services helping disabled people back into work (ESAT) or integration organisations for certain service provisions, etc.

The ambition underlying these commitments is clear and unambiguous: to give people with social and/or professional difficulties a chance to access or return to the workplace, and to fully include all Group employees in this initiative.
