Bouygues Construction renews its Top Employers France certification
Of the 78 companies awarded, Bouygues Construction was once again the only one from the construction sector. The certification was awarded after studying the company’s HR procedures, and attests to the quality of its practices, talent management, onboarding and training.
Each year, the independent Top Employers Institute studies large companies to identify the employers that stand out for their top-quality HR policy. The organisation assessed Bouygues Construction’s practices towards employees in nine major areas including talent management strategy, integration, training, and skills development.
For Didier Rabiti, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Manager, “this certification demonstrates the quality of the HR activities on offer to them, and also attests to the group’s desire to further develop its activities in the area. This recognition fuels our strategy towards being an innovative, responsible, and committed company.”
With this award, Bouygues has become the first French group to obtain the Top Employers label for all its businesses (parent company and subsidiaries).
