THE ARTE CONDOMINIUM - MIAMI
In addition to its indoor pool, outdoor pool and spa facing the ocean, this very high-class condominium in the upscale neighbourhood of Surfside in Miami Beach features extraordinary characteristics. The Arte is a 12-storey building comprising just 16 apartments with a minimum surface area of 550 m². Delivery expected in 2019. ©DR

MOLITOR POOL - PARIS
After being closed for 25 years, the Molitor pool was reborn from its ashes in 2014 following two years of works. The renovation turned it into a high-end hotel and sports complex in line with the Art Deco spirit of its designer, Lucien Pollet. ©Antoine ALVES
