Since 2006, Bouygues Energies & Services has raised the awareness of over 900 managers and employees and carried out over 400 actions to help people with disabilities stay employed. In France, the staff currently counts 343 people with disabilities.
In total, more than a thousand employees took part in a day of enlightenment on disabilities, 327 actions were taken to help people with disabilities stay employed and specific measures were implemented.
In order to reaffirm its commitment and answer specific questions from candidates with disabilities, Bouygues Energies & Services’ disability unit wants to take further steps and raise even more awareness for invisible disabilities.
