“Les Faubourgs d’Anfa”, a great breakthrough into the Moroccan property market
The “Les Faubourgs d’Anfa” real-estate programme in Casablanca, designed and delivered by BYMARO (Bouygues Bâtiment International’s Moroccan subsidiary), will be handed over this summer. This project, which is part of our plan to develop our long-term entities, helps the Group position itself as a key player on the major urban projects market.
The “Les Faubourgs d’Anfa” real-estate programme, including 391 high-end housing units, was developed by Bouygues Immobilier in partnership with Linkcity Morocco, and designed and delivered by BYMARO, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International.
Located in one of the new, and most popular, districts of the Moroccan capital, it is comprised of ten eight-storey buildings with two basement levels, bringing the total surface area to 68,140m². “Les Faubourgs d’Anfa” is the first residential project to receive HQE certification (rated ‘Excellent’) in Morocco.
This initial property development project by Bouygues Bâtiment International in the ‘white city’ highlights the Group’s expertise and confirms Linkcity Morocco’s ability to develop quality projects. With the third “Faubourgs d’Anfa” work package due to be handed over this summer, the company intends to play on its initial success to establish a lasting presence on the Moroccan property development scene.
