Luminy Campus of Marseille : rehabilitation and operation of a real estate, designed by SCAU and Rémy Marciano Architecture, with a surface area of approximately 32,000 m², mainly intended for teaching and research activities. Eventually, the campus will be equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, giving the site an international reputation. In addition to the buildings covered by the partnership contract, the campus will have high-performance sports facilities (TechnoSport gymnasium, TechnoForme, sports hall …) and new outdoor spaces in a secure environment.
