Bouygues Construction holds its employees at the heart of the company. They ensure our clients are satisfied and the quality of our services.

Welcoming an employee is important who we hold official welcome days to acknowledge this. In 2014, over 500 employees attended our welcome days. The group also strives towards respecting diversity: gender equality, catering for disabilities and employment integration.
This is why Bouygues Construction has introduced Diversity managers as part of its human resources policy. Their role is to help implement our diversity principles across the group. AFNOR has recognised these firmly held values by awarding their Diversity Certificate. This highlights Bouygues Construction’s strong and effective commitment to preventing discrimination.

Students are taking our sites by storm

Bouygues Construction and Welink responded to the Elles Bougent (Girls on the Move) initiative by taking part in the second Girls on the Move Week. From Hong Kong to Cuba, 80 young women were welcomed by 60 women employees to seven of our sites throughout the world. See the images here.

Girls : why not you ?

8 March is International Women’s Day. A day to denounce inequalities. A day for society to move forward and modernise. On this occasion, Bouygues Construction is launching a recruitment campaign geared towards women, for more gender equality in the Group.
