Realised by Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France and designed by the IF Architectes agency, the Alto Tower will be as high as its name suggests: 152 m, with 38 floors of offices overlooking the La Défense district. Its façade clad in glass shards and its flared shape, with floors of areas ranging from 600 m² at the base of the tower to 1,900 m² at its peak, make it stand out from its neighbours. Its insulating double-skin façade means it will also have an excellent energy rating. Certified HQE® Exceptionnel, Wellcore Shell silver and WiredScore platinum, the Alto Tower will be the first high-rise building to be awarded the BREEAM® Outstanding label.
The Alto project is being carried out as part of the reconversion and transformation of the Les Saisons district of La Défense into an urban area.
