High-rise living in the heart of Pattaya
Bouygues-Thai, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, is designing and building ONCE Wongamat, a new luxury residential tower in North Pattaya. Rising 239 metres above the city, the 56-storey development will be one of the tallest buildings in Thailand and will provide 548 high-end apartments across more than 60,000 m² of floor space.
Designed by Thai architectural firm D103i, ONCE Wongamat places residents’ living spaces and amenities at the heart of the project. The tower will offer an extensive range of facilities dedicated to wellness, leisure and everyday life, including several swimming pools, a rooftop infinity pool, a spa, fitness and yoga facilities, private and open-air cinemas, coworking spaces, restaurants and sky bars.
Its construction also draws on Bouygues Construction’s high-rise expertise, with a low-carbon concrete structure, a cantilevered swimming pool extending beyond the building and the technical requirements of building in a seismic zone. In the heart of densely populated Pattaya, digital logistics tools are also being used to coordinate deliveries and manage the constraints of a complex urban site.
