The Bouygues Construction Group offers an optional, non-binding mediation service to help resolve any disputes that may arise in supplier relationships. The mediation service is intended to prevent potential disputes in the mutual interest of those involved. It creates a neutral environment where the parties can express themselves freely. It is led by an impartial mediator, who encourages negotiation between the parties rather than imposing solutions.
