Developed for Marvipol Development and designed by WWAA, W Apartments is a striking residential complex that redefines modern urban living in Warsaw. Completed in August 2021 by Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary, KARMAR, the building comprises two distinct sections - one rising 7 storeys and the other 17 storeys - connected by a link leading into the main hall. The high-rise includes a communal covered patio planted with trees, offering residents a serene retreat above the city. 

With a total area of 28,801 m² and 210 thoughtfully designed residential units (13,249 m²), W Apartments offers a blend of comfort and style. The building also includes 534 m² of commercial space, supporting a vibrant community lifestyle in the city centre.
