Bangkok’s tallest office tower focused on people and performance

In the heart of Bangkok, One City Centre sets a new standard in high-end office real estate development. Completed in 2023 by Bouygues-Thai and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) / Tandem Architects (2001), this skyscraper combines commercial functionality and quality of life, placing people at the heart of its concept.

The tower rises 284 meters above the city, making it the tallest office building in Thailand. Comprising 62 floors and 3 underground levels, One City Centre offers highly flexible office and coworking spaces bathed in natural light. Smart building technologies, including intelligent lighting, contactless access control, and a dedicated occupant experience app, ensure efficient operation and user comfort.

The development includes a diverse range of food and beverage outlets and is directly connected to Bangkok’s metro network via an integrated bridge, offering seamless access and convenience for all occupants.
