An office building that prioritises bio-based materials

Design and construction of a 3,500 m² commercial building on six floors, comprising a 100% wooden structure (walls, floors, posts and beams) and incorporating bio-based materials such as Gramitherm insulation panels made from natural grass and bio-based wood fibre ceilings. Solar control on the windows, motorised external sun protection, and rainwater harvesting to supply the planted containers on the upper floors while protecting the occupants with a plant filter complete the solutions implemented to achieve a high level of energy performance.
