Galeria Chełm: Chełm’s first modern shopping destination

Galeria Chełm, delivered by Bouygues Bâtiment International’s Polish subsidiary KARMAR as general contractor for Acteeum Group and Equilis Poland, marks the first modern retail centre in Chełm. Opened in the first quarter of 2020, the development is a flagship joint venture, setting a new benchmark for retail and leisure in the city. 

Located at the city’s main transportation hub, Galeria Chełm offers 17,500 m² of commercial and service area, comprising 55 commercial premises and more than 500 parking spaces. The centre serves a broad catchment of nearly 300,000 residents, including vibrant cross-border trade with Ukraine and Belarus. More than just a place to shop, Galeria Chełm creates a new focal point for local lifestyle and entertainment needs.
