Rethinking logistics facilities

Attractive, efficient sites
We design and redevelop logistics sites, turning them into attractive, efficient platforms suited to the evolving demands of freight transport.
Our solutions are developed to reduce the carbon footprint, incorporating optimised flows and features that support more sustainable, responsible logistics.

Turnkey solutions
We provide end-to-end support to help with the management of operational, regulatory and financial challenges, from land acquisition to project delivery.
Our expertise

More efficient warehouses
Our commitment is to plan and deliver projects specifically developed to meet the unique requirements of each client, in line with relevant certification and sustainability standards.
We support our partners to ensure projects are fully integrated into their environment and address the different needs of regions, municipalities and local stakeholders. By taking this approach, we deliver sustainable, responsible projects aligned with their economic, social and environmental context.

Efficient, reliable and digitally enabled buildings
Our expertise lies in designing and building logistics projects, whether simple or complex, including storage, high-bay or multi-level logistics facilities.
We implement standard or highly automated processes to optimise flows, enhance safety and ensure long-lasting performance that meets our clients’ operational requirements.

Dedicated support for financial solutions
We advise clients on identifying and implementing financing solutions suited to their projects. From the design phase, we take a total cost approach, taking account of both the initial investment and operating costs along with environmental and digital performance, to secure the economic balance and facilitate access to sustainable financing.
In a design approach focused on constantly reducing the carbon footprint of warehouses, our technical solutions support the modernisation of processes, enhance operational reliability and ensure strict compliance with regulatory and environmental requirements, contributing to the long-term value and sustainability of logistics assets.

Meeting new regulatory challenges
In a context shaped by the rise of e-commerce, the growth of urban logistics and increasingly strict land-use regulations, we design innovative solutions suitable for both micro-logistics and mega-warehouses.
The models we use for site planning and operations are designed to optimise flows, anticipate changes in usage, and ensure regulatory compliance, while meeting growing demands for speed, sustainability and economic performance of logistics assets.
Do you have a project?
Let's discuss it.
A complete approach to rethinking logistics projects
With the logistics sector undergoing profound changes – stricter environmental regulations, the shift to low-carbon warehouses, accelerated digital transformation and diversification of formats – logistics buildings now need to deliver innovative, high-performing solutions.
To meet these challenges and manage the growing complexity of projects, we support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets, from land acquisition and design to operation and the sustainable performance of sites.
