Civil engineering works for the conversion of the Lumbres cement works
The K6 project aims to replace the two kilns, which date from the 1970s and are fuelled by fossil fuels, with a new clinker production line that will significantly reduce the cement plant’s CO₂ emissions. The consortium led by Bouygues completed around thirty civil engineering structures of exceptional scale in record time.
