VCES, Bouygues Batiment International's Czech subsidiary, delivered a state-of-the-art tire manufacturing facility for South Korean company NEXEN TIRE, strategically designed to serve the European market.
The main factory spans 860 x 90 meters with a height of 12.5 meters, featuring a load-bearing structure constructed from precast concrete components for optimal durability and precision. The rubber mixture production plant utilizes a reinforced concrete frame, while the roof combines steel and precast reinforced concrete trusses for enhanced structural integrity.
The comprehensive construction scope encompassed all finishing works including 7,520 m² of brick walls, 36,006 m² of plasterwork, 11,233 m² of suspended ceiling structures, complete sanitary facilities with water supply and drainage systems, installation of 662 interior doors and specialized industrial gates, and 114 interior windows.
