Dragages Singapore, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary in Singapore - has led this iconic project in the city-state. Located at Leonie Hill, just steps from Singapore’s renowned Orchard Shopping Belt, New Futura stands out with its horizontal aluminum fins, which vary in width and length across the towers. This contemporary, eco-friendly residential complex is an unmistakable landmark on Singapore’s skyline, offering elevated decks, sky bridges, and a sweeping aluminum canopy connecting the towers. Designed for high-end urban living, the development embraces luxury, innovation, and sustainability at every level.

Building the New Futura high-rise towers in a dense, upscale residential neighborhood required advanced construction techniques. Dragages Singapore implemented innovative methods aimed at reducing reliance on foreign labor, minimizing noise and dust for neighboring properties, and ensuring safety and sustainability throughout the process. The project’s emphasis on energy efficiency and quality craftsmanship led to the achievement of Green Mark Gold Plus certification and the Conquas Star—the highest quality certification in Singapore.
