Arte Surfside

Americaribe, Bouygues Bâtiment International's US subsidiary, delivered Arte, an exceptionally exclusive ultra-luxury condominium development in Surfside, just north of Miami Beach. Completed in 2019, this 12-storey oceanfront masterpiece comprises just 16 boutique residential units, each embodying the pinnacle of waterfront luxury living.

Each of the 16 units maintains a minimum surface area of 51 m² (550 sqft), ensuring spacious, light-filled interiors with commanding oceanfront vistas. Every residence is a turnkey, fully equipped boutique waterfront residence, constructed using only the most prestigious materials and finished to museum-quality standards. The project was conceived by renowned Italian architects Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, in collaboration with Miami-based architectural authority Kobi Karp.

Beyond the exceptional residential units, Arte integrates a complete spectrum of luxury amenities. An indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool provide year-round aquatic recreation, whilst a dedicated spa facility supports resident wellness.
