Aldrov Mountain Resort, developed by Bouygues Bâtiment International’s Czech subsidiary VCES, represents a luxury residential and hospitality destination nestled in the heart of the Krkonoše (Giant) Mountains near Vítkovice. This distinctive mountain retreat seamlessly blends contemporary luxury living with profound respect for Alpine traditions and the natural landscape that defines this UNESCO-recognised mountain region.
Drawing inspiration from the world's finest Alpine resorts, Aldrov brings an internationally recognised resort experience to the Czech mountain environment. VCES developed the Aldrov Mountain Resort, a luxury residential and hotel complex in the heart of the Czech Giant Mountains, featuring 139 apartments and comprehensive services designed to combine modern comfort with respect for the natural environment.

Camille du Gast Residence
A residential development comprising 136 homes spread across four buildings in Douai, transforming a former industrial site to contribute to urban regeneration and enhance the appeal of the Douai area.

Cœur Madeleine Residence
