Luxury riverside living on the Chao Phraya
Bouygues-Thai, Bouygues Bâtiment International's Thai subsidiary, delivered Banyan Tree Residences Riverside Bangkok, an exceptional high-rise residential development completed in 2019. This 45-storey tower, rising 177 metres, comprises 133 condominium units positioned along the iconic Chao Phraya River in Bangkok's prestigious Khlong San district.
Every residence offers panoramic views of Bangkok's most celebrated waterway and urban landscape. The architectural design by SCDA Design Pte Ltd. and CAPA Co., Ltd., with structural engineering by Meinhardt (Thailand) Ltd., creates a contemporary tower defining the riverfront skyline.
The crowning achievement is an 800m² penthouse on the top floor, complete with a private swimming pool and commanding river vistas. Every residence is meticulously designed to maximise panoramic views whilst providing contemporary comfort and luxury finishes.
