From historic landmark to modern luxury living

Flamingo Point represents one of eastern Florida's largest residential complexes. Originally constructed in 1962, this iconic two-tower development underwent a comprehensive 80,000 m² renovation, positioning it as a contemporary luxury destination within Miami's dynamic residential market. Americaribe, Bouygues Bâtiment International's Caribbean subsidiary, was awarded the complete renovation encompassing both towers, the central courtyard, and pool areas. The transformation reconfigured the residential offering from 600 units to 400 carefully designed apartments, with each unit offering contemporary living spaces.

The renovation programme included complete façade replacement, partial perimeter wall demolition, and strategic slab openings enabling penthouse creation. Two new staircases and three modernised elevators were installed, alongside structural modifications supporting the redeveloped residential configuration.
