A connected eco-neighbourhood
In the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, a unique neighbourhood is taking shape: Issy Cœur de Ville. Designed to blend urban life with nature, this project reimagines city living by placing greenery at the heart of its identity. Spanning 1.3 hectares, patios, planters and open green spaces create a veritable green lung, complemented by an urban forest of nearly 400 trees.
Every corner of the neighbourhood invites you to stroll, socialise and relax.
The neighbourhood covers over 100,000 m² and comprises five residential buildings with 607 homes, a quarter of which are social housing, as well as a retirement home.
Three office blocks and local shops complete the development, forming a lively and welcoming town centre, entirely pedestrianised, where every space is designed to foster social connections, sustainable transport and quality of life.
Issy Cœur de Ville is not just about housing: it offers a complete urban experience. Its 17,270 m² of next-generation shops and restaurants sit alongside a 9-screen UGC cinema, whilst 7,350 m² of public facilities house a school complex with 10 classrooms, a 60-place nursery, a multi-purpose hall and a digital innovation workshop.
The 960 parking spaces are discreetly integrated to preserve the continuity of pedestrian and green spaces.
Sustainability is at the heart of every decision: a primary energy network using geothermal loops ensures an eco-friendly and efficient supply, whilst the homes and offices benefit from stringent environmental certifications.
