    Passing on our know-how

    More than 95% of our workforce are nationals of the countries where we operate. Training schools on every site introduce employees to mining professions and to our HSE (health, safety, environment) standards.

    These programmes contribute to developing skills at local level, creating sustainable jobs and strengthening the economic fabric surrounding our operations.
