Americaribe, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, has completed CitizenM Miami South Beach, a contemporary hotel located just a short walk from Lincoln Road, designed to blend seamlessly into Miami’s dynamic architectural landscape.

The project embodies a new vision of affordable luxury, combining architectural precision, technical expertise and high environmental standards. Built to rigorous specifications, the building features an optimised structural design and modern façades incorporating local architectural references. Materials have been carefully selected for their durability and resistance to Florida’s extreme weather conditions.

The development incorporates advanced solutions for energy efficiency, resource management and waste reduction, thereby supporting the hotel’s ambition to achieve LEED Gold certification.

Designed to encourage interaction with its urban surroundings, the hotel offers a series of carefully curated spaces, including a rooftop infinity pool, a hidden bar surrounded by greenery and an outdoor terrace overlooking the city. The interior spaces are enhanced by works from emerging artists, further strengthening the hotel’s connection with Miami’s local culture.
