Jean-Philippe Trin joined Bouygues in 1987, starting out as a site manager with DTP. He transferred to VSL in 1994, taking charge of VSL Hong Kong. In 1997, he was appointed Senior Vice President of VSL, with responsibility for Asia, Central Europe and the Middle East. In 2000, he became CEO of VSL and Intrafor in 2001, before assuming the role of Chairman and CEO of both VSL and DTP in 2004. In 2009, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of Bouygues Energies & Services. In 2015, he became a Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction, with responsibility for Bouygues Travaux Publics, DTP and VSL. Since March 2018, he has been Deputy CEO with responsibility for the Civil Works division. In October 2019, he added the Concessions division to his range of responsibilities. He's a member of the Executive Committee.
