Pascal Minault joined Bouygues Construction in 1986 and worked in a number of the Group’s businesses, including civil works, building and property development, both in France and in several international locations, where he spent more than 15 years,  including spells in Hong Kong, the UK and Switzerland. Pascal Minault was appointed Chairman of Bouygues Immobilier in 2019 before returning to Bouygues Construction, where he became Chairman and CEO in summer 2021. Since January 2026, he has overseen all of the Bouygues group’s construction activities while retaining his role as Chairman of Bouygues Construction.
