Pierre-Éric Saint-André co-founded Axione, a leading player in telecoms infrastructure and public service delegations under France’s Superfast Broadband Plan, and joined the Bouygues group when the company was acquired by Bouygues Construction in 2005. He played a key role in structuring the rapidly growing digital infrastructure activities within Bouygues Energies & Services (now a subsidiary of Equans), before gradually expanding his areas of responsibility to include infrastructure relating to energy production and transmission.
In 2017, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Bouygues Bâtiment International. Based in Hong Kong, he took charge of the Asia-Pacific division, overseeing complex, high added-value construction projects, and served as Chairman of Dragages Hong Kong. He was a key player in several external growth and business transformation initiatives, including the acquisition of AW Edwards in Australia in 2018.
In 2021, Pierre-Éric Saint-André became Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Bâtiment International, and in late 2022 he was named Deputy CEO of Bouygues Construction with responsibility for the Bâtiment International entity.
In January 2026, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Construction and has joined the Bouygues Group Management Committee.
Pierre-Éric Saint-André is a member of the Bouygues Construction Executive Committee.
