Who are we ?
At Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est, building is much more than just a job: it is a passion and a commitment to the communities we serve. With around 1,000 employees spread across nine regional locations, we have strong roots in the Hauts-de-France, Grand Est and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions.

At Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond our construction sites. Working alongside stakeholders in employment and the social economy, we promote integration with more than 115,000 hours of support in 2025, and encourage our employees to take part in solidarity initiatives,whether individually or as a team.
Pioneers in sustainable transformation
We are achieving sustainable reductions to our carbon footprint through eco-design, low-carbon materials, reuse and prefabrication. In 2025, our operations emitted a total of 324 kg of CO₂/m² (vs. 451 kg in 2021), a performance in line with our target of a 30% reduction by 2030.

The largest administrative complex in France, hosting more than 18 government departments and nearly 2,000 employees.
Hôtel des Postes
The conversion of a listed commercial building into a multi-purpose complex incorporating housing and a restaurant.
Quai 22
At Saint-André-lez-Lille in France, an urban project to redevelop an industrial wasteland into a mixed-use living space that recreates a direct link between the city and its canal.
Unity
Construction of an office building combining timber and bio-based materials.
Les Camus
Large-scale energy renovation of more than 1,412 houses spread across 14 municipalities in the mining basin.
Nicolas Untersteller Secondary School
Renovation and extension of a secondary school incorporating the use of bio-based insulation materials and timber façades.
Industrial Site
Construction of an industrial site covering more than 55,000 m² including a restaurant and offices with high-quality interior finishes.
