Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est
At Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est, building is much more than just a job: it is a passion and a commitment to the communities we serve. With around 1,000 employees spread across nine regional locations, we have strong roots in the Hauts-de-France, Grand Est and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté regions.
Close proximity allows us to understand specific local needs, maintain trusting relationships with our customers and partners and actively contribute to the economic and social development of the areas in which we operate.
Each project is a reflection of our ambition: building for life. Designing, renovating and building structures that benefit everyone – housing, schools, hospitals, offices, factories – while responding to major environmental challenges. We are committed to a sustainable approach to construction that uses fewer resources and is more respectful of the environment.
Guided by our values of commitment, respect, a pioneering spirit and passing on knowledge, our teams work every day to build a more sustainable, more humane and more inclusive future.
Together, we are building for life.

A local commitment supported by all
At Bouygues Bâtiment Nord-Est, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond our construction sites. Working alongside stakeholders in employment and the social economy, we promote integration with more than 115,000 hours of support in 2025, and encourage our employees to take part in solidarity initiatives, whether individually or as a team.

Pioneers in sustainable transformation
We are achieving sustainable reductions to our carbon footprint through eco-design, low-carbon materials, reuse and prefabrication. In 2025, our operations emitted a total of 324 kg of CO₂/m² (vs. 451 kg in 2021), a performance in line with our target of a 30% reduction by 2030.

Our people
We foster the personal development and career progression of every individual within a challenging yet respectful environment, whilst ensuring the safety of all and upholding human rights and ethical standards. The integration of young talent and the passing on of expertise are key priorities, which our teams actively promote on a daily basis.
