MDBI Construction Corp. is a leading builder, known for its complex and iconic projects, redefining the construction landscape in the Philippines.

The company was created in 2017 through a partnership between Paris-based Bouygues Bâtiment International and Makati Development Corporation (MDC), the Philippines' leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company.

33% of the joint venture is owned by Bouygues Bâtiment International Philippines and 67% by MDC, the construction division of Ayala Land, Inc. Together, these construction companies have founded a strong Filipino brand of service, drawing on their experience, innovation and world-class expertise.

    Makati's Tallest Residential Tower

    Standing 248 m high, Park Central Towers is the tallest building in Makati. The 2-tower residential development was brought to life with MDBI’s expertise in civil and structural construction, setting the stage for more luxury buildings such as the Park Villas and Laurean Residences.

    Iconic headquarters for the national bank

    On Ayala Avenue in Makati, MDBI is working on the new headquarters for the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), the country’s national bank. Through its iconic architecture, a bold statement by BPI, the project will showcase the expertise and excellence of MDBI, which is responsible for all construction work on this 45-story building.

    Award-winner in 2021 and 2022

    Winner of the Excellence in Concrete Construction Award in the Philippines in 2021 and 2022, MDBI established itself in the Philippines with its first two projects: Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2 and One Ayala Avenue. These iconic mixed-use developments mark the beginning of a productive partnership with MDC for delivering complex projects.

    The Philippines’ most advanced hyperscale data center

    In partnership with ePLDT, MDBI built the most advanced hyperscale data center in the Philippines. The 5-ha development in Sta Rosa delivers up to 100 MW of IT load to reinforce the country's digital infrastructure. This project was MDBI's first data center construction, with the support of BBI's world-class engineering expertise.
