Minimising the impact of our sites

We are focused on reducing our environmental footprint from the first day of the project until the building or structure is handed over. We do this by implementing innovative and responsible solutions for transforming our operating methods and making the entire construction period a benchmark for environmental performance.

Practical and measurable

solutions

  • Green energy for our installations: we invest in powering our site facilities with renewable electricity, significantly reducing greenhouse gas emissions linked to our activities.
  • Optimisation of energy and water consumption: smart devices allow us to monitor and limit the consumption of resources throughout the construction process.
  • Waste reduction and material recovery: our sites incorporate sorting, recycling and material recovery channels to limit waste production and reduce the depletion of natural resources.
  • Preserving biodiversity: at each stage, we implement solutions that minimise land conversion and preserve natural environments.
  • Site cabins: we prioritise the use of modular structures made from bio-sourced, renewable and locally produced materials, limiting carbon impact and promoting a circular economy.

Commitment and transparency

All our actions are assessed against environmental performance measurement tools, such as our internal TopSite label, carbon reporting and monitoring of resource consumption, to ensure traceability and to make sure we are constantly improving our practices.
