This fully-fledged laboratory allows innovative solutions to be tested, validated and refined directly in the field, under conditions as close as possible to those of a real construction site.
Located in Chilly-Mazarin, near Paris, the Scale One site is designed as a centre for applied innovation, bringing together both internal teams and external partners – manufacturers, architects, start-ups – to create a stimulating and collaborative ecosystem.
Every prototype, concept or method is challenged with the realities of a site, whether technical, environmental and human constraints. Full-scale testing ensures that every innovation tested is operational, relevant and ready for large-scale deployment.
