Minorange… much more than a colour

Founded in 1963 by Francis Bouygues, the Guild was born from the realisation that in a construction company, it is essential to listen to, train, encourage and recognise the values of the people who actually carry out the practical work on building sites every day.

The Minorange Guild is a unique model inextricably linked to the history and identity of Bouygues Construction.

Today, it is a key differentiator that contributes to the quality of our work, the safety of our employees and our performance for our clients.

A symbol of operational excellence

The Guild now has around 500 members in France, Switzerland, Morocco, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Turkmenistan.

Regardless of their role, country or culture, Guild members share a special mindset that is rooted in respect, pride in a job well done and a commitment to passing on their expertise.

They form a strong, recognisable community that unites the full range of skills of our site workers, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Shared commitments

All Guild members pass on their know-how, interpersonal skills and knowledge. They are heavily involved in the life of the Group and are regularly consulted on certain strategic decisions.

They actively participate in initiatives relating to quality, safety, innovation, ergonomics and digital transformation. Their role extends beyond the operational sphere, making them a real driving force for collective progress.
