The joint venture is formed at 33% by Bouygues Bâtiment International Philippines and 67% by Makati Development Corporation (MDC), the construction arm of Ayala Land, Inc. The convergence of passionate minds between these builders gave birth to a distinctive Filipino brand of service strengthened by experience, innovation, and world-class expertise.
