  • The Board of Directors sets Bouygues Construction’s strategic goals and ensures that they are implemented effectively.
  • The Executive Committee is tasked with steering the company’s strategy and meets twice a month. It is responsible for developing the company and ensuring the implementation of decisions that have been taken.
    On a quarterly basis, a dedicated Executive Committee session will enable in-depth discussions with leaders from transversal functions and business entities on roadmap progress and key operational priorities.
