A premium lifestyle destination in Abidjan’s business district 

SETAO, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary located in Ivory Coast, was selected to deliver the new Mövenpick Hotel in Abidjan, a prestigious project entrusted in April 2018 by long-standing partner SAPRIM. Located in the heart of the Plateau, the city’s central business district, the hotel rises over 7 floors and offers 160 high-end rooms across a total surface area exceeding 14,000 m².

Overlooking Abidjan’s bay and directly connected to the Nour al Hayat shopping centre, the Mövenpick Hotel is more than a place to stay. It’s a vibrant hub dedicated to relaxation, art, dining, and leisure. Its concept is designed to create a unique living space within the city’s economic core, linking business and lifestyle.

The project benefited from the combined expertise of SETAO, Bouygues Construction’s central engineering team, and the Development Department, marking another milestone in the group’s historic presence and strong relationships in Ivory Coast.
