Fair Play, innovative web series

Bouygues Construction asked the My Serious Game agency to launch an innovative web series on Bouygues Construction’s new value system. An increasingly significant role within companies has been given to creating a shared vision based on shared values and corporate culture.
Bouygues Construction understands this is a major area for consideration and has consequently drawn up a new value system for the year. Education engineers at My Serious Game and Bouygues Construction’s experts teamed up to create a web series aimed at raising awareness amongst employees about the new ethics update. The end result of this partnership was the web series based on Bouygues Construction’s new value system, which includes: Commitment to health and safety, Ethics and compliance, Working together, Results-driven approach, Emphasis on innovation and new ideas, and Professional mobility. The Fair Play series is made up of six 10-minute episodes. Video is the most popular format at the moment and has the advantage of engaging users and being easy to use. A universally-recognised television format was chosen to encourage the maximum number of employees to adopt the values and inspire changes in behaviour. Part CSI, La France a Un incroyable Talent (the French version of Britain’s Got Talent) and Deal or No Deal, the approach of these famous shows has been adopted and applied to problems Bouygues Construction’s employees might come across in their daily work. The episodes are short, energetic, and exciting, rounded off by powerful storytelling. The stories also illustrate and promote good behaviour and best practices. Each episode features an interactive challenge for users to assess their familiarity with the values dealt with in that episode in a fun, educational way. New questions will appear based on their answers to complete the self-assessment and make it easier for employees to learn about and assimilate the six values. Here is the first episode :
