Appointment of Clotilde Solier as Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues Construction
On 1 September 2026, Clotilde Solier was appointed Chief Financial Officer and joined the Executive Committee led by Pierre-Eric Saint-André, Chief Executive of Bouygues Construction.
She succeeds Julien Toqueboeuf, who is joining Equans, a subsidiary of the Bouygues group.
Clotilde Solier said,“Thanks to the experience I have acquired at Bouygues Construction, I have gained a thorough understanding of its business lines and teams, both in France and internationally. In my new role, I will draw on this experience in a position that works closely with operational teams, combining risk management, performance and business development support.”

Aged 48, Clotilde has distinguished herself through her strong financial expertise and her diverse career path within the Group, which has seen her work on a variety of projects and in central functions across the Energies & Services, Buildings & Civil Works and Telecommunications sectors. Her career path is a striking example of the Group’s ability to develop talent by offering its employees genuine career advancement.
After graduating from NEOMA Business School, Clotilde Solier started her career with the Group in 2002 in the management control department at Bouygues Energies et Services (now part of Equans). She then worked in the financial control department at Bouygues Construction, before joining Axione in 2009 to oversee the financial operations of the Concessions division. In 2015, Clotilde transferred to the internal audit department at Bouygues Construction, before taking charge of financial control at Bouygues Bâtiment International in 2018, whilst also serving as CFO for the USA–Caribbean region. As CFO of Bouygues Bâtiment France since 2021, she successfully consolidated the fundamentals of the risk management function and the quality of financial reporting, while driving performance through the increased use of data to support the business.
