Bouygues-Thai, a subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, delivered Nue District Rama 9 in Bangkok, a large-scale residential development located at the heart of one of the city’s rapidly evolving business districts. Within walking distance of the MRT network, the project forms part of a dynamic urban environment where residential, commercial and leisure uses increasingly converge.
The development comprises two high-rise towers of 33 and 41 storeys, providing a total of 1,441 premium residential units. Designed around contemporary urban lifestyles, it offers a wide range of shared amenities, including swimming pools, fitness facilities, co-working areas and resident lounges. Delivering a development of this scale and density required rigorous coordination, close collaboration with partners and careful attention to detail throughout construction, with the same focus on quality applied to both private apartments and communal spaces.
