Supporting student success at Bangkok University

Bouygues-Thai delivered DoBeDo Student Residence, marking Bouygues Bâtiment International's inaugural student accommodation project in Thailand. Completed after 22 months of construction, the development establishes a modern living environment at Bangkok University's main campus in Pathum Thani Province, specifically designed to support student wellbeing, academic success, and vibrant community engagement.

Built for Student Home Co., Ltd., the project comprises six eight-storey buildings totalling 61,000m² and offering 1,308 fully furnished residential units.

The residence also includes landscaped outdoor areas around the campus lake, internal roads and a range of shared amenities designed to enhance daily student life. Bouygues-Thai was responsible for design, structural and full construction services. Sustainability was also embedded into the project approach from the outset. Through structural optimisation and adapted construction methodologies, Bouygues-Thai committed to reducing 3,300 tonnes of carbon emissions.
