Contemporary residential living in Warsaw
Karmar, the Polish subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, delivered JUU, a new residential development located in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. Acting as general contractor, Karmar delivered three multi-family buildings above a shared underground garage, together with landscaped areas, internal roads and the required external infrastructure.
Designed as a modern, low-rise residential estate, JUU combines contemporary architecture with carefully planned communal spaces. The development comprises 129 apartments ranging from 30 to 75 m², with layouts from one to four rooms. Natural materials and refined detailing are complemented by a range of environmental solutions, including energy-efficient LED lighting, rooftop photovoltaic panels supplying the common areas, a rainwater retention tank and an outdoor air-quality sensor. Together, these features contribute to a high-quality residential environment while supporting the development’s environmental performance.
